I will be submitting a weekend/offsite practice form for each course we run, which is not at Dufresne’s or at the Track.

Bill

Runners need 10 practices before the 1st meet they are allowed to run.

Our first meet is Friday, at the end of the first (short) week of school. This is earlier than usual.

To compensate, I will be holding optional practices at Dufresne’s in the preseason on all the nights I had previously said were off.

Also, I will be holding optional practices every Saturday at 10 am at my house. These will continue throughout the season.
